Swim Practice in a Faster Lane


1x 150 warm up

8 x 50 on :50
4 x 100 on 1:40
8 x 50 on :45
4 x 100 on 1:30

4 x 75 kick (flippers) on 1:15

1 x 200 on 3:00
8 x 25 on :35
1 x 200 on 3:00
8 x 25 on :30
1 x 200 on 3:00
8 x 25 on :25
1x 50 cool down

All down in about an HOUR!  Woot! 3300 yards of swimming!  I was swimming in a faster lane than normal, and they were even commenting on how that was the highest yardage workout they’ve done in an hour.
